Over the past two years, PCR has undergone a fundamental transformation not just to modernize our platform, but to redefine how investment data aggregation should work for today’s wealth and asset management ecosystem.
When I stepped into this role, the opportunity was clear: combine best-in-class technology with deep operational expertise to solve one of the industry’s most persistent challenges to deliver clean, complete, and reliable investment data at scale.
Here’s what that transformation looks like today:
We’ve built a global operations platform designed for both scale and accuracy. By expanding our India operations center, we leverage a highly skilled talent pool working ahead of U.S. market hours, enabling faster turnaround, continuous data processing, and proactive issue resolution.
This follow-the-sun model creates a structural advantage by addressing issues before they impact clients and delivering high-quality data faster and more consistently at scale.
Institutional-Grade Operating Model
Investment data is only as valuable as it is accurate. We’ve redesigned our custody data processing with a strong control framework, automated reconciliation workflows, centralized exception management, automated schedulers, and new ETL (Extract, Transform and Load). The impact has resulted in on-time, automated data collection from counterparties, reducing reconciliation breaks by more than 95%.
AI/LLM-Powered Alternative Investment Platform
This is where PCR has fundamentally changed.
Our next-generation ALTS platform combines LLMs (Large Language Models), automated bots, and workflow engines to achieve 91%+ document collection and extraction rates, with drill-down dashboards, hierarchy management, and full workflow visibility.
But extraction is only part of the story. PCR now embeds:
Today, clients receive complete, accurate, and timely ALTS data and documents, not just partial automation outputs.
Data aggregation is not a closed system. It depends on external counterparties. While many platforms focus purely on technology, PCR recognizes the real constraint in that counterparty behavior cannot be automated away.
The new PCR model brings together:
When statements are delayed, data is incomplete, or workflows break, PCR doesn’t stop at the system. We step in and solve. This hybrid model is the difference between data availability and data completeness.
Most firms already have a system of record, such as portfolio accounting, reporting platforms, or client portals. PCR is designed to strengthen, not replace, that ecosystem.
While we offer our own dashboards and workflows, our core philosophy is simple:
Whether you are a wealth manager or a wealth tech platform, PCR works behind the scenes, powering your platform, not competing with it.
The final step is ensuring data is fully reconciled, validated, and ready for use. This is often where complexity lives. Our managed services model ensures clients start each day with accurate, decision-ready data, supported by global teams working around the clock.
PCR’s managed services model ensures:
With global teams operating continuously, PCR closes the gap between data processing and real-world usability.
What this all comes down to is simple. Wealth managers, asset managers, wealth tech platforms, and family offices shouldn’t have to choose between automation and service. They should expect both.
PCR today is built on that belief, combining AI-driven technology, institutional-grade controls, and high-touch operational support to deliver a modern data platform for wealth managers, family offices, and financial institutions.
We’re excited about what we’ve built and even more excited about what comes next.
This is not the PCR you knew.
We’ve evolved from a traditional data aggregator into a platform that delivers:
In a world where many solutions promise automation, PCR delivers something far more valuable. Data you can rely on that is complete, accurate, and ready to use.
